Ahmid Gibril Kabba Jr., 30

Ahmid Kabba Jr., a 30-year-old black man, was shot and killed Tuesday, Nov. 30, in the 200 block of West Plymouth Street in Inglewood, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.

Kabba was walking down the street about 7:40 p.m. when he was approached by a male and shot, said Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office.

Paramedics were called and he was pronounced dead at the scene at 7:46 p.m., Winter said.

The motive for the shooting remains unknown.
