Andrew Scott McColeman, 23
Andrew McColeman, a 23-year-old white man, died Tuesday, Aug. 20, hours after he was shot in the 1400 block of South White Avenue in Pomona, according to L.A. County coroner’s records.
McColeman and two other people were standing in the front yard of a home about 7:50 p.m. Aug. 19 when a dark vehicle drove by and someone inside opened fire, striking McColeman, Pomona Police Sgt. Marcus Perez said. The two others were not injured.
McColeman was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead Aug. 20 at 5:56 a.m., said coroner’s spokesman Ed Winter.
