Christopher Jovan Navarro-Vasquez, 19

Christopher Navarro-Vasquez, a 19-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Tuesday, May 26, in the 1000 block of East Mission Boulevard in Pomona, according to Los Angeles County coroner's reports. 

The shooting was reported at 7:33 a.m. in a trailer park parking lot, according to Pomona Police reports. 

Navarro-Vasquez was sitting in a vehicle with two other 19-year-old Latinos when someone outside opened fire on the vehicle, shooting all three men, investigators said. 

Navarro-Vasquez, who lived in Ontario, was taken by ambulance to Pomona Valley Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 7:54 a.m., according to the coroner's report. 

Navarro-Vasquez's companions, who live in El Monte and Pomona, were taken to the hospital in private vehicles, investigators reported. They were seriously wounded but are expected to survive. 

Investigators said they had no information about the shooter.
