Israel Cervantes, 26
Israel Cervantes, a 26-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Monday, Sept. 17, in the 5900 block of Marmion Way in Highland Park, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
According to police, a report was received of a burned vehicle shortly before 2 a.m. Cervantes was discovered inside.
He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Cervantes’ preliminary coroner report shows he sustained a gunshot wound to the left lower neck.
