Jacob Alexander Guillen, a 21-year-old white man, was found with stab wounds Thursday, Sept. 10, in the 600 block of South Lafayette Park Place in Westlake, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.

About 4:35 a.m., police were called to the Lafayette Recreation Center  and found Guillen with stab wounds.

Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene, and detectives are looking for anyone who may have been driving or walking in the area and may have seen something.

LAPD Det. John Skaggs said police have interviewed several witnesses but need more information.

"We don’t know that much yet," he said.
