Jason Michael Rivera, 32
Jason Michael Rivera, a 32-year-old Latino, was found dead Friday, Nov. 2, near Beverly Boulevard and Rea Drive in Montebello, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Sheriff homicide Det. Kevin Acebedo, who is handling the case, said a passerby found Rivera on a bike trail next to a river bed about 9:39 p.m.
Authorities were called and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Acebedo said Rivera's body hadn't been at the location for a long time. No arrests have been made in connection with the case.
