Jeremy Mancera, 19

Jeremy Mancera, a 19-year-old Latino man, was shot at 41725 170th St. in Lake Los Angeles about 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3. Detectives with the sheriff's homicide bureau said Mancera had called friends and told them that he was being chased by three Latino men in a brown truck.

Mancera was later found by his friends in the back seat of his car with gunshot wounds, authorities said. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he died at 5:05 p.m.
