Jose Luis Cruz Jr., 23
Jose Cruz Jr., a 23-year-old Latino, died Saturday, Dec. 1, several days after being shot near Cedar Avenue and Plymouth Street in Long Beach, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office, said Cruz was shot Nov. 29 during a drive-by.
The victim was taken to a hospital in Long Beach, where he remained until his death Dec. 1.
No other details were available about the case.
