Juan Antonio Bueno, 22

Juan Antonio Bueno, a 22-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Tuesday, Feb. 14, in the 200 block of North Gaffey Street in San Pedro, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.

Police learned that Bueno, who was celebrating his birthday, had been in his vehicle and had gotten into an argument with at least one other person, LAPD Officer Jeff Tiffin said.

Another person took Bueno to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:28 p.m., according to coroner’s records.

Police are looking for witnesses and other evidence, Tiffin said. Bueno was not a gang member.
