Lawrence Bass, 46
Lawrence Bass, a 46-year-old black man, was shot multiple times in the head, neck and torso at 1115 Chestnut Ave. in Long Beach at about 7:40 a.m. Dec. 3. Police found him dead at the scene in an apartment complex.
