Man charged in April double homicide in Central-Alameda

Darron Williams, a 28-year-old black man, has been charged with shooting two men to death in April in the 1100 block of East 52nd Street, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office.

Williams was arrested on suspicion of murder May 7, according to online county jail records. Authorities are not looking for any additional suspects.

Williams is accused of killing Patrick Keaton, 19, and Herman Owens, 34, on April 13, 2015.

Williams is due in court July 9 for a scheduling hearing.
