Mildred Mae Beasley, 45
Mildred Beasley, a 45-year-old black woman, was found dead in the 9600 block of South Broadway in Broadway-Manchester on Nov. 6, 1996.
Chester DeWayne Turner was sentenced to death in 2007 for the murder of Beasley and nine other women. Authorities believe he was tied to seven other killings.
Turner, a former pizza delivery man and father of four, was in prison for rape in 2002 when authorities used DNA evidence to identify him as their primary suspect in 12 killings, including Beasley's.
