Patricia Dennis, a 25-year-old white woman, was killed in the 3500 block of 8th Avenue in Jefferson Park on Feb. 11, 1985.
Dennis, a Hollywood resident, had been strangled.
Authorities did not provide additional information about this incident. They did describe her death as among the slayings believed to be connected to an unidentified serial killer operating in the South L.A. area.
