Rashard La Rome Randle, 26

Rashard La Rome Randle, a 26-year-old black man, died Saturday, Sept. 12 after he was shot in the 700 block of East 47th Street in South Park, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.

Randle was standing in his front yard about 1 p.m. on Sept. 10 when a dark-colored van pulled up, said LAPD Det. Richard Arciniega.

Two people got out of the van and opened fire, chasing Randle down the driveway, Arciniega said.

Randle was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 3:04 p.m. two days later, according to coroner’s records.
