Ratchanok Seesura, a 28-year-old Asian woman, was stabbed to death in an alleged domestic dispute at 10429 La Reina Ave. in Downey about 3:25 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25.

According to authorities, officers from the Downey Police Department responded to a radio call of domestic violence at the address. Upon arrival, officers discovered Seesura inside her bedroom, bleeding from multiple stab wounds. Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene about 3:45 a.m.

Her 3-year-old child, who walked out of the apartment, was later found inside a neighbor's home, police said.
