Raul Junior Sanchez, 24
Raul Junior Sanchez, a 24-year-old Latino, was fatally stabbed Friday, Aug. 16, in the 500 block of Daisy Avenue in Long Beach, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
Police responded to a call of a stabbing at 6:25 p.m. and found Sanchez on the sidewalk, according to a release from the Long Beach Police Department.
Sanchez was taken to a hospital, where he died at 6:48 p.m., said coroner’s spokesman Ed Winter.
A preliminary investigation showed that Sanchez had been involved in an altercation with a person before the stabbing.
