Stinson Ameer Brown, 21
Stinson Brown, a 21-year-old black man, was shot in the arm and lower back and died on July 18. He was shot in the 4200 block of West Don Felipe Drive in Baldwin Hills / Crenshaw, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.
