Tenal Devon Moore, 20

Tenal Devon Moore, a 20-year-old black man, died Monday, Jan. 19, after an altercation in the 1100 block of West 65th Street in Vermont Slauson, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.

Shortly after 7:45 p.m., Moore and another man got into an argument over a woman outside of a home, said LAPD Det. Chris Barling. Moore was pushed, and he hit his head on concrete, Barling said.

Moore was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead four days later, on Jan. 19 at 9:09 a.m., said Ed Winter, assistant chief of investigations for the coroner’s office.

Deerick Muldrew, a 19-year-old black man, was charged Jan. 20 with one count of involuntary manslaughter, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office.
