Heracleo Rosas Meneses
A Latino, believed to be in his 30s, died Sunday, Dec. 20, after he was shot at Evergreen and Wabash avenues in Boyle Heights, according to the Los Angeles County coroner.
The man was not identified by name in coroner's records.
