Victor Brian Silva, 20

Victor Silva, a 20-year-old Latino, was fatally shot Thursday, Dec. 1 near East Anaheim Street and North Banning Boulevard in Wilmington, according to LAPD Harbor officials.

Authorities responded to a radio call about 9:25 p.m., and Silva was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. According to coroner’s records, Silva was shot multiple times.

According to investigators, the shooting was gang-related. Silva was sitting at a bus stop with a female whose name was not released. She also was shot multiple times but survived, officials said.

No arrest has been made, said Det. L. Paglialonga.
