Willie Howard Millender, 62

Willie Howard Millender, a 62-year-old black man, died Tuesday, May 3, after he was shot in the 2200 block of East 120th Street in the Willowbrook neighborhood of South Los Angeles, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records. 

Millender was at the home he shared with his brother, David Lee Millender, 48, when the two got into an argument, according to a news release from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. 

David Millender allegedly pulled out a handgun and shot his brother, then fled from the house, according to the release. 

Willie Millender was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:09 p.m., with a gunshot wound to the head, according to coroner's records. 

Investigators described David Millender as a black male, about 5-feet, 11-inches tall and 195 pounds, last seen wearing a long-sleeve white T-shirt and dark pants. He is considered armed and dangerous, according to the release.
