Zachary Leon, 19 [Update]

Zachary Leon, a 19-year-old white man, was stabbed to death Sunday, Nov. 7, in the 13200 block of Bombay Street in Sylmar, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.

Los Angeles police responded to a radio call about 2:18 a.m. and found Leon's body. He had been stabbed numerous times and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Esteban Tabarez, a 21-year-old Latino, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and is being held on $1-million bail, according to police.

Officials said Tabarez stabbed Leon, who was an acquaintance, during an argument early Sunday.
