Pharroah Milner, 36

Pharroah Milner, a 36-year-old black man, was shot and killed Saturday, Jan. 23, in the 1700 block of East 110th Street in Westmont, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.

Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office, said Milner was found shot in an alley at 9:10 p.m. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:35 p.m. He had been shot in the hip and the head, Winter said.
