Akop Akopyan, a 24-year-old man of Armenian descent, was found dead of multiple gunshot wounds to the back and head at 6720 Mulholland Drive.

His time of death was listed as 5:54 a.m. Monday, March 12. The site is where Mulholland Drive curves up the hill from alongside the 101 Freeway in Cahuenga Pass.

Anyone with information is asked to call LAPD Hollywood Division detectives at (213) 972-2910.

Listen up!! I knew hakop and hayk very closely and all im gonna say is that hayk got what was coming to him. Hakop wanted to get in what hayk was in so hes No saint either but hayk”s finger was totally involved in getting hakop whacked.im saying this cuz im sure what that “rat” hayk was in. And any one that’s saying the café shooting was that thay made fun of “nerses” that’s why it happened that’s a Bunch of B.S trust that. Hayk you lived by the gun, you went down by the gun, Vato.. My prayers with the Akopyan family. And to those saying crap without knowing anything at all just hearing it from the streets and their friends, Do all us a favor shut the hell up!!

And I didn’t make up these from my ass! I knew them both from the start. And we were veryy close. Im just tried of that lifestyle that’s why im saying all this…

*anna & anush*FIRST OF ALL LIKE EDNA SAID, THIS IS A PUBLIC FORUM, SO POSTING COMMENTS HERE IS WELCOMED TO THE PUBLIC. Just because the article is concerning your brother doesn’t give you the right to restrict who’s to post comments to who’s not to. If you choose to post your judgments and emotions in a PUBLIC FORUM then be equipped to hear from people who don’t concur with you…So you either get a grip on the comments made or YOU STOP POSTING!! I did know both Jack and Hayk very well. Secondly, if you weren’t so on the defense then it would be clear to you that my comments merely states that if in fact Hayk did exemplify Jack toward the wrong path, it wasn’t because he held a gun to his head and made him do things he never wanted to do…everyone is ultimately accountable for their own actions. With that said, Hayk was also a victim of his own actions. Being blissful over a young man’s murder is not going to bring Jack back nor is it going to do any good to your immoral spirit. You keep repeating that I don’t know the FACTS!! I don’t need to know the fact,not interested. "You have the guts give your name and address so the investigators can use you as a probe for Hakop's murder." what the hell does that have anything to do with the comment I made about u guys disrespecting a dead person!!its a very sad thing to have happened, whether to ur family or to Hayk's..both were very. young and both didnt deserve such horrible ending.
*anush* I dont belive my comment was senseless at all...I was just saying that if in fact Hayk did introduce Jack to the wrong life style, then it would only be fair to say that Jack wasnt forced and that he should have figured that that wasnt the life for him and steped out! Hayk may not have been an angle, but he wasnt as evil as u describe him and his family to be. Anush I belive u r Jack's sister and I hope hope that ur family does gets closure, somehow. But I wish it wouldnt be on the account of anothers persons death. The truth went down wid Jack and Hayk and no matter what the investigators say, I think they are the only two people who would have answers..I hope that god helps u and ur family find piece in ur heart. and may both of them rip...tooo sad!

**just me** this is a response to your senseless comment** If you're not a coward, don't hide behind your computer with an unrecognized name and make random comments. If you're man/woman enough say who you really are. Hayk got himself into this lifestyle and decided to live a very crooked and illegal way. No one is happy about his death, this is something that he and only he brought on to himself and my brother. It's just sad that he took and introduced my brother to this lifestyle, this corrupt, unjust, dog eat dog, or should I say cousin eat cousin world.

There are sooo many things that you don't know about. So why don't you accept the truth for what it is, and stop arguing or trying to deny it. Hayk came from generation of thieves and hustlers who never worked a day in their life to make an honest living or a dollar.

So before you go and make ignorant comments like everyone has a brain and can make decisions on their own, why don't you think about this, my brother is 6 feet under because of Hayk.

Listen to the news, it's everywhere, even the investigators are saying that some or one of the men who was killed may have been a suspect in my brother's case. So, again, you don't know the facts surrounding this case, so just stay out of it.
My brother was naïve in thinking he could trust people in this cruel and corrupt world, that was the only major mistake on his part.
The past 3 years have been unbearable for us. We're hoping that this may help us find some closure, no matter how small of help it may be.

hi anush i was just reading jacks articles again and i came across this comment page and started reading and i see there is an "ado" who commented a few times and you asked her if she was the ado that dated your brother for a few months and if she had a brother named andrey and she replied yes..well i dont know if its just a big coincidence but im ado too and i saw you at jacks funeral and introduced myself to you and told you my brother (andrey) sends his condolences and i told you that you two went to prom together in high school so you'd remember which andrey i was talking about.. i just wanted to say if for some reason you think this other ado is me its not i never dated your brother i just knew him for a couple of months through other friends..he was a great guy and i hope he rests in peace

Your not alone Anna, I too have lost a brother to circumstances very similar to yours. Every time I read one of your comments I feel your pain, because I re-live my own pain. Your not the only person in the world that has tragically lost a brother to cowards. Truth be told our stories are very similar and I DO UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY how you feel, especially when you put the word "friends" in quotations. However by allowing your soul to be marred by hate you are empowering your brothers killers to slowly kill you. I can tell by your words that you are very passionate. You can passionately love and you can passionately hate. What would your brother want? Would he want you to walk through life with a soul marred by hate, or would he want you to walk through life with your heart filled with the love you posses. I know that when you lose a loved one the way we did you cant help but feel that a piece of you has also died, every special day is missing something, every special moment isn't as special because in the back of you mind you are thinking of your brother that cant share the moment with you. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY I UNDERSTAND. My brother was murdered the day after Christmas and I buried him on New Years Eve!! How do you think I feel when everyone is so happy around that time of the year and I'm so miserable. This will continue to haunt me every year and every day till I die and am reunited with my brother. May the blessings of the lord be with you Anna, please find peace in your heart and don't lose your loving essence.

RIP JACK...You're brother definately was a teddy bear like you said and what happened to him still hurts me deeply and i cant even imagine your pain..but..i knew hayko as well..very well..he was like an older brother to me, one of many, and he was just as kind hearted and sweet as your brother and i dont believe there were many who possessed the great qualities he did, and for me to stumble across this page and see the cruel words you posted up calling him a devil and laughing at his death hurts me beyond words..he would have NEVER done what you are accusing him of doing..i respect your brother and in his memory i kindly ask you to please respect what has happened and not judge because it is not your place too..jack wouldve never wanted this.. please just let him rest in peace please please just let hayko rest in peace....
