Allen Dean Estes, a 38-year-old white man, was fatally stabbed Saturday, July 4, in the 2200 block of East Anaheim Street in Long Beach, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
At 5:27 a.m., officers from the Long Beach Police Department were called to the area to assist paramedics with a person who may have been stabbed, according to a news release from the department.
Paramedics pronounced Estes dead at 8:11 a.m. at the scene, according to coroner’s records.
Police said Estes was homeless, but did not release any additional information about the circumstances that led to the stabbing.
