Armando Amaya Jr., 21

Armando Amaya, a 21-year-old Latino, was fatally shot Monday, Sept. 5, in the 300 block of Hanjin Road in Long Beach, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records. 

Long Beach police responded to a call about an unresponsive man, according to a news release. Officers found Amaya lying in the street with gunshot wounds, the release said. He was pronounced dead at 10:10 a.m., according to coroner's records.
