Billy Howell, a 33-year-old white man, was shot and killed Sunday, Nov. 22, in the 100 block of South Cherrywood Street in West Covina, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.
Howell was at a party when he was shot in the head, neck and chest with a handgun, said Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office. He was pronounced dead at 2:50 a.m.
