Breanne A. Hanna, a 25-year-old white female, died Monday, Feb. 2, after being shot in Lincoln Heights, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.

Gang related or not it is sad. Unfortunately if you live a certain lifestyle, consequences follow. We all know that. No point of arguing. Breanne was a mother of two daughters she didn't have custody too and wasn't allowed to see. From the day that happened both those little girls suffered. That whole gang, even associates, do drugs, sell drugs and are involved in gang activity like most gangs. Pick your friends wisely, because her best friends were from that gang. She was with them, which means she's guilty by association. Arguing is pointless. She was a sweet woman, but it is truly the kids who suffer. Her kids had been suffering while she was alive, so let's not sugarcoat anything. Sugarcoating is the reason, the public lives in fear. She was heavily involved in drugs, so it could've been drug related. Drugs, gangs. Only two things are the outcome. Prison or death. No need to put fear into the public. Gangsters/drug dealers kill those who are involved in that life. Killing anyone who's not by mistake or accident means that person will be killed in jail. I grew up in this area and I was lucky to get out, because the cops are their own gang too around there. There's no one to go to for help. I have family members who I pray make it out. I am currently working on my associates, hoping to understand this lifestyle some more, but not understand why it happens. Understand why ppl join if they know the outcome. We know addiction is a real disease. But to put drugs, men, gangs, before two daughters you were blessed with can only mean she needed real help before she passed. Maybe having her kids taken away wasn't the best idea. We need to come up with solutions, not sugarcoats. So maybe sending her and her daughters out of state to a rehab. Maybe she wouldn't have wanted that. Who knows. It's a sad case, but not one she didn't know the outcome to. RIP
