Brenda Bradley, a 38-year-old black woman, was found dead in an alley near the eastern tip of Culver City on Oct. 5, 1992. Her body was discovered partially clothed.
Authorities have not provided The Times with an address for the location of Bradley's body.
Michael Hughes was convicted of the murder of Bradley and three other women in 1998. A decade later, a cold-hit DNA link tied him to four additional homicides.
