Cesar Butron, a 16-year-old Latino, died of multiple gunshot wounds in the 3200 block of 8th Street in Los Angeles at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday,Sept. 9.
Detectives have few leads but say the gunmen are described as three to five Latino males.
