Cesar Jeremias Perea, a 23-year-old Latino, was shot to death Friday, March 22, in Florence, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Perea's body was discovered on the floor of a restroom in a barber shop located at 7612 South San Pedro Street at about 6 a.m., according to an LAPD news release.
