Charges filed in death of Brian Chapman
According to the Los Angeles district attorney's office, Carl Chapman has been charged with one count of murder in connection with the shooting death of Brian Chapman, a 32-year-old white man. Chapman is currently being held at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in downtown on no bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 4 at the LAX Municipal Court.
