Jayqwan Glen Dunbar, a 19 year old black man, was charged Oct. 15 with one count each of murder and attempted, willful and deliberate and premeditated murder with gun and gang allegations in connection with the killing of Willie Singleton, according to the L.A. County District Attorney's office.
Dunbar pleaded not guilty. He is being held in county jail in lieu of $4 million bail.
