Cheng Zhang, 43

Cheng Zhang, a 43-year-old Asian man, died Friday, Feb. 5, after he was shot in the 3100 block of Charlotte Avenue in Rosemead, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.

Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office, said Zhang was shot Feb. 4 at 11:24 p.m. and pronounced dead just after midnight, about 40 minutes later.
