Cynthia Vargas, 20
Cynthia Vargas, 20, a young Latina woman, was fatally shot in the head during a domestic dispute in the 2700 block of 58th Street in Huntington Park about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, June 1. She was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Huntington Park Police Department officials said a 16-year-old Latino youth has been arrested for the murder of Vargas.
