Daniel Bugarin Vallejo, a 39-year-old Latino male, died Wednesday, Dec. 2, after being shot near the North of W/B 118 Freeway E/O San Fernando Road in Pacoima, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records.
