David Rosas, 23
David Rosas, 23, a Latino man, was shot and killed at 6257 Atlantic Ave. in Bell about 5:48 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4. According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, Rosas was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:18 p.m.
