Deandre Dasha Jackson, 36

Deandre Dasha Jackson, a 36-year-old black man, was shot and killed Friday, Oct. 4, near South Olive Street and West 107th Street in Broadway-Manchester, according to L.A. County coroner’s records.

Jackson was walking northbound on South Olive Street about 10:30 a.m.  when at least two men in a dark-colored sedan pulled up and a person got out and fired several shots, said LAPD Det. Supervisor Sal LaBarbera.

Jackson was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 10:57 a.m., according to coroner’s records.
