Denisa Rusu, 37
Denisa Rusu, a 37-year-old white woman, was shot and killed Monday, Oct. 15, in the 500 block of South St. Andrew's Place in Koreatown, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Police responded to a call regarding an "ambulance death investigation” about 12:21 p.m., according to an LAPD news release.
When authorities arrived, they discovered Rusu inside an apartment with a gunshot wound to the head. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 37-year-old man and a small dog were also found shot to death.
Authorities believe the killings were a murder-suicide.
