Edward Sanchez, 25
Edward Sanchez, a 25-year-old Latino, was killed on Thursday, May 2, in the 600 block of North Colonia De Los Cedros in East Los Angeles, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
Sanchez was sitting in the dining room of a home when someone walked in and fired a gunshot, said Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner’s office. The assailant also fired at another person, causing the people in the residence to flee.
Sanchez died at the scene, Winter said.
