Elizabeth Ann Landcraft, a 41-year-old black woman, was found dead in the 300 block of West 64th Street in Florence on Dec. 23, 1985.
Landcraft's body had been mutilated.
Her death is among those listed by authorities as being connected to an unidentified serial killer operating in South Los Angeles.
