Eric Acosta, a 36-year-old Latino, was stabbed Oct. 31 at North Figueroa Street and Avenue 61 in Highland Park. He died on Tuesday, Nov. 3, at a hospital, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.
Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office, said Acosta and another victim were stabbed about 2:29 a.m. on Halloween. The second victim, who was not identified, survived the attack.
