Francisco Suarez, 53
Francisco Suarez, a 53-year-old Latino, was fatally stabbed Sunday, Sept. 7, near Van Nuys Boulevard and Erwin Street in Van Nuys, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
A person in the area flagged police down about 4:30 a.m., said LAPD Lt. Dave Legaspi. Police found Suarez on the sidewalk with stab wounds to his torso, Legaspi said.
Suarez was pronounced dead at 4:50 a.m., according to coroner’s records. Detectives are seeking witnesses to the stabbing, police said.
