Gabriel Antonio Correa, 21
Gabriel Antonio Correa, a 21-year-old Latino, was shot to death Tuesday, March 1, on 48th Street, near where it meets Arbor Street, in Long Beach, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
About 7 p.m., Long Beach police found Correa and another man with gunshot wounds, according to a department news release. Correa was pronounced dead at 7:22 p.m. at the scene, according to coroner’s records.
The other man was taken to the hospital where he was treated, according to a police spokesman.
A motive for the shooting is unknown, and the investigation is ongoing.
