Grace Mattos, 26
A 26-year-old Latino woman was shot and killed in an alley behind the 900 block of East 92nd Street about 7:40 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20.
Grace Connie Mattos had been shot once in the upper torso, said investigators with the Los Angeles Police Department. Paramedics attempted to treat her before she was taken to St. Francis Hospital. She was pronounced dead about 20 minutes later. The suspects were still at large and little was known about them.
