Ivan Gamino, an 18-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Saturday, Feb. 25, in the 7000 block of Chanslor Avenue in Bell, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office, said Gamino was shot about 10:22 p.m.
He was taken by paramedics to a hospital in Lynwood, where he was pronounced dead less than 40 minutes later.
Winter said Gamino's autopsy is still pending. He had no other information about the case.
