Jane Doe #83
In December of 1983 the body of a 47-year-old woman identified by authorities only as Jane Doe No. 83 was found near the intersection of West 84th and South Figueroa streets.
She appeared to have been strangled and had suffered blunt force trauma.
Her death is among those listed by authorities as being connected to an unidentified serial killer active in South Los Angeles.
