John Feehan, 47 [Updated]
John Feehan, a 47-year-old white man, was stabbed to death Wednesday, March 3, in the 1000 block of West 253rd Street in Harbor City, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Feehan suffered head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Officers discovered the body after responding to a death investigation call shortly after 11:30 a.m., police said.

[Update Jan. 4, 2011: The day of the stabbing, Francisco Bueno Martinez, a 31-year-old Latino, was arrested by Los Angeles police in connection with Feehan’s death.
Martinez has been charged with murder involving special circumstances. The felony complaint alleges that the killing took place during the commission of a robbery.
He is being held on no bail at the Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic. His next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 19 at the Long Beach Superior Court.
If convicted, Martinez could be sentenced to death or face life without possibility of parole.]
