Jorge Antonio Nario, 17

Jorge Antonio Nario, a 17-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Thursday, Feb. 1, in the 13200 block of Maclay Street in Sylmar, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.

At 7:50 p.m., officers from the LAPD’s Mission Division responded to a call of shots fired and found Nario with gunshot wounds, according to a news release from the department.

The SUV fled west on Maclay Street, police said.

Police said the killing is believed to be related to a drug deal.
