Jose Gonzalez Jr., 29
Jose Luis Gonzalez Jr., 29, a Latino man, was shot in the abdomen in the 900 block of South Breed Street in Boyle Heights on Feb. 28, 2007. A family member drove him to White Memorial Hospital where he survived for a month, then died at 4:10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 28. LAPD Hollenbeck Division detectives are investigating.
